Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Krisha Home Care Service or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Our Services
We provide home nursing, elderly and old age care, attendant support, baby care, post-operative care, tracheostomy care, injection and dressing services, palliative care, ambulance transport and medical equipment rental within Chennai and surrounding areas.
Our caregivers provide supportive and nursing care. They do not replace your treating physician, and they act on the instructions of qualified medical practitioners where clinical decisions are involved.
Bookings & Consultation
Services begin after a consultation and assessment. Staff placement is subject to availability and the suitability of the patient's requirements. We reserve the right to decline a placement where safety cannot be assured.
Charges & Payment
Charges depend on the service type, duty hours, patient condition and duration. An estimate is shared before service begins. Payment terms are agreed in writing at the time of booking. Equipment rental charges are billed separately and include delivery and maintenance.
Cancellation & Replacement
You may request a replacement caregiver if you are not satisfied; we will arrange one as quickly as availability allows. Cancellation terms are explained at booking. Advance notice helps us re-plan staff schedules fairly.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate medical information about the patient.
- Maintain a safe, respectful working environment for our staff.
- Provide reasonable rest, meals and accommodation where 24-hour duty is arranged.
- Inform us immediately of any change in the patient's condition.
Equipment Rental
Rented equipment remains the property of Krisha Home Care Service. It must be used as instructed and returned in working condition, allowing for normal wear. Loss or damage beyond normal wear may be chargeable.
Limitation of Liability
We take every reasonable step to deliver safe, professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us, or from instructions given directly to our staff by third parties.
